EVA Case Structure & Protection Advantages
A high-quality EVA storage case typically features a multi-layer structure, including surface material, EVA middle layer, and lining material. While three-layer construction is the most common design, advanced solutions can be customized with up to five layers to achieve enhanced protection and performance.
Compared with traditional soft bags that mainly prevent scratches, EVA cases provide superior protection with features such as shock absorption, impact resistance, and shape retention. The EVA core layer helps protect a wide range of valuable items, including electronic devices, tools, instruments, outdoor equipment, medical supplies, and other sensitive products from drops, collisions, and pressure. Combined with durable outer materials and soft inner lining, EVA cases deliver waterproof, abrasion-resistant, and comprehensive protection for different applications.
Discuss Requirements & Confirm Details
Discuss the application, size, shape, color, fabric, EVA thickness and hardness, internal layout, zipper, logo, packaging, and other specifications. Confirm all key details clearly before moving on to tooling and sampling.
Tooling & Sample Approval
After design approval, create the EVA thermoforming mold and any necessary cutting or insert tooling, then produce the first sample. Make adjustments based on feedback until the final sample is approved.
Mass Production & Quality Inspection
Begin mass production after sample approval, including material preparation, thermoforming, cutting, sewing, assembly, and logo printing or embossing. Inspect appearance, dimensions, zipper performance, structure, functionality, and overall quality throughout production.
Packaging & Shipping
Complete individual packing, carton packing, labeling, and shipping preparation after final inspection. Arrange delivery by express, air freight, sea freight, or other agreed logistics methods.
